Great first article Ed! I love this look too, i guess it fits my body better (footballer thighs :|) I love to wear my light distressed comfort jeans with brown military boots :)
hi ed, nice article and good to see the return of some more looser styles and away from the skinny jeans look. I tried the G star you have featured called Arc Loose Tapered the other week in the G Star store in Carnaby Street, they have a twisted feature also which look great with both hi tops and boots/shoes..They also come in two other colours, a really dark denim version which is £99 like the one u featured but the one i love is a kind of slghtly lighter than the dark version and a bit faded on the thigh, maybe Radar Arc Slate, but they go for £135.
As an owner of two pairs of G star Radar narrow rope i would recommend the G star Arc jeans to all readers, enough room in the thighs for us with footballer legs but still nicely tapered at the bottom so u can tuck them into your worker boots or they bunch up nicely over your trainers/hi tops.
In october, I also purchased a stone wash pair from Diesel called Kander which are distressed at the bottom hem and back pockets for £180 but i wear my radars virtually every other day..
Amazing first article ed, i hope this denim style applies to the ladies as well because it’s all i ever wear, and it’s good to know that HOPEFULLY we will be seeing less of boys in skinny skinny jeans. I think the topman jeans at the top you have featured are amazing and should defo be on every guys shopping list!
Just wondering if you could tell me where the brown leather jacket on the very first top right pic is from. Thanks and great first article!
