Spring/Summer Men’s Watches

A nice accessory for all your casual outfits this Spring/Summer is the bright Summer Watch. A lot of men like to wear watches on a daily basis, although I have never really felt comfortable with one on me all the time. However, I do have a small collection of watches I like to throw on, more from a fashion point of view to set off an outfit nicely for the occasion. I have a couple of traditional timepieces that I like to wear with formal gear, to add some class and stature to my appearance. I also have some what I would call “throw away” watches which I have not spent a lot on but are really eye catching in casual outfits.

Spring/Summer watches shouldn’t feel heavy or ‘clunky’. I would stay away from traditional metal watches and go for some thing that is bright, stands out and basically makes you feel like summer – light and airy :)! They are there to add a bit of flair and another focal point to your get up.

I have found a great collection of examples I think you could own, in a variety of colours and styles. Some of them look like metal watches but are really some form of plastic and Polycarbonate. This means although they look great and really stand out, they are relatively inexpensive and will last you throughout the summer months. I really do recommend you pick one of these (or a couple of colours!) for your high Summer outfits. If I can suggest just one, it would be go for a really extravagant colour like pink or one of the timex multi-colour pieces…
