Shying away from the bold coloured (somewhat in your face) and metallic wallet collections they have produced in the past, Comme Des Garcons are going in a much more sophisticated direction with the release of their ‘Very Black’ collection.

This ‘Very Black’ collection is exactly what its name suggests; accessories such as purses, wallets, and card cases all finished in… yes, black leather.

What we admire most about this new collection is that Comme Des Garcons have taken the theme of black and not steered away from it in the slightest, with every single detail on the accessories adhering to a black colour palette – from the stitching and lining, to the zip and even the branding.

This wallet collection is our favourite from the brand to date due to its clean lines and minimalist design, but unfortunately you’ll have to wait until February 2012 before you can get your hands on these sleek and stylish accessories.
