Only last month we previewed the November lookbook from Massimo Dutti – and now here we are again, this time previewing their latest December offering.
This time the lookbook has been shot against quite a busy background; with a blue curtain, wood effect wall and patterned carpet all prominent. However, the colour combinations and the outfit styling compliment each other perfectly – only serving to further enhance the desirability of the clothing.
The lookbook is styled with the current season collection, so again it consists of quite muted earth tones – featuring a lot of brown, navy, and grey.
Massimo Dutti’s latest collection puts great emphasis on well cut tailored pieces such as blazers, shirts, knitwear and trousers – and this is quite clearly visible throughout the lookbook. Creating a plethora of classic and refined outfits, it features a nice mix of smarter and more casual looks that are easily achievable.
One of our favourite outfits from the lookbook utilises a brown cord blazer, which has been paired with a charcoal coloured shawl neck jumper. Not only does it incorporate one of the key textures for autumn/winter – corduroy – but it also makes use of the shawl neck collar, which is becoming one of our favourite cuts for the season. For tips on how to wear the shawl neck, check out Ben’s article on shawl neck collars.
