Panerai Luminor Marina 1950 3 Days Watch (PAM 00422)

Italian luxury watch brand Panerai has unveiled its latest design, the Luminor Marina 1950 3 Days a.k.a the PAM 00422.

Panerai has four major lines of watches; Historic, Contemporary, Specialities and Special Editions.

As most of their watches are produced in small units – with most being either limited or special edition – the demand for these watches if often higher than the number of watches actually produced. This particular design is in a limited production run of only 2000 units.

This stunning watch was inspired by a rare Panerai watch model produced in the 1940s and comes sized at 47mm.

Features include:

  • New in-house P. 3001 caliber – which has hour, minutes and small seconds at 9 o’clock.
  • A natural calf leather strap.
  • A power reserve of three days.
  • Issue number on the case back.
  • See-through watch back allowing a view of the watch movement & power reserve.

Our favourite feature about this beautifully crafted watch has to be the transparent back casing which allows you an unobstructed view of the 3 day power reserve and part of the watches’ mechanics.

This quality piece screams luxury and extravagance, so be warned it does come with a hefty price tag that reflects this. However, here at FashionBeans we can always appreciate fine design and craftsmanship – even if we can’t afford one!
