Following on from their recent shoots for brands Carhartt and Analog, Urban Industry has once again produced an autumn/winter 2011 look book, this time focusing on outdoor specialist brand Penfield in order to showcase their new range to its full potential. The look book was shot not too far from Pevensey Castle, in East Sussex, amongst the typically British countryside.
Penfield are a brand that are renowned for their outerwear; lending itself well to the upcoming seasons and unpredictable weather. This was the perfect time to showcase the new collection, as this is what the brand do best after all!
The highlights from the collection for us here at FashionBeans have to be the new range of Penfield Kasson Jackets – specifically the on trend Kasson Tweed version – and the Penfield Cimarron Sweater.
The jacket stood out as it is a twist on the time-honoured Penfield classic. This jacket features:
This statement piece from the collection combines the key elements you should look for in any garment: fashion, function and durability.
The jumper is also a favourite as it hits the key cable knit trend that has been all over the high street this season – read our breakdown of the cable knit jumper trend here. This crew neck jumper is made from 100% lamb’s wool and features a collar ribbed hem and cuffs to keep the warmth in.
