Puma x Shinzo: Bolt Near Future Trainers

The latest collaboration from Puma has seen them team up with Paris retailer Shinzo to create their limited edition Puma Bolt Near Future collection.

The suede collection draws inspiration from the fastest man in the world, Usain Bolt. This is reflected in the colour palette, as they are available in traditional Jamaican colour ways such as; green, black, or yellow.

This classic trainer has been designed to be eco-friendly in both approach and production; as a result the materials used are ecological – such as their use of eco-friendly leather, cork sockliner, reground rubber outsole and recycled foam last. The trainers even come in an organic cotton canvas shoe bag.

Other key details include: a lion motif on the tongue, all white soles and the recognisable puma logo – which allows itself to blend subtly into the canvas upper, not drawing any attention and focus away from the shoe itself. This lets the well designed, simple yet stylish shoe speak for itself.
