UNDERCOVER x Nike GYAKUSOU Clothing & Footwear

Nike and Undercover founder and designer Jun Takahashi are set to release a highly limited edition collection of high performance apparel on October 22nd 2011. It is set to be their third collaboration.

The collection, which is purposely built with runners needs in mind, takes functionality into consideration by utilising and combining breathable, lightweight and waterproof materials – without neglecting the aesthetics of the garments.

The collection will include everything from jackets and shorts, to leggings and footwear.

Takahashi and his running crew – GIRA (GYAKUSOU International Running Association) – shot a short film to showcase the upcoming collection in Kyoto, with famous Japanese landmarks and sceneries noticeable throughout. The idea behind this was to show how factors such as landscape and culture have influenced and been a source of inspiration behind the collection.

The highly anticipated collection drops on October 22nd 2011 at End Clothing. These pieces are in strictly limited quantities, so shop early to avoid disappointment.
