Gucci Spring/Summer 2012 Lookbook
A new day… and another new lookbook release. This time coming straight from the upcoming Gucci spring/summer 2012 menswear collection.
Modelled by Lenz Von Johnston, the lookbook immediately caught our eye – not only because of the dazzling array of clothing on display, but also due to the striking yellow toned backdrop the campaign has been shot against.
The range obviously features items more typical of the summer months, such as cropped trousers, blazers and knitwear in neutral hues of beige and white. However, the collection also features a wide variety of items that would not look out of place in their autumn/winter offering – with tailored suiting, patterned blazers and knitwear coming in darker monotone shades of black, grey and navy.
Pieces that stood out from the collection were provided by the selection of statement outerwear; the red trench coat with black trim detailing and the black quilted leather bomber jacket automatically stealing our hearts.
We don’t know about you, but here in the FashionBeans office the guys can’t wait to get their hands on this collection. (Or at least dream of!)
