Jack and Jones Spring 2012 Jeans Intelligence Collection
“Jeans Intelligence is the core line of Jack & Jones, cool Jeanswear for casual jeans lovers between 18 and 25. Jeans Intelligence features jeans with the trendiest fits and treatments to offer our customers the best and most fashionable jeans around. T-shirts, shirts and knits reflect the current, hottest trends with funky designs and daring prints as well as carefully selected colours and fabrics.”
The above statement is quite a claim by menswear brand Jack & Jones, but let me be the first to say; they have fully lived up to the hype. The new spring 2012 collection from their Jeans Intelligence line has catered fully for the ever expanding casual style needs of most 18-25 year olds. With their eclectic mix of fashion fit jeans, funky styled t-shirts and smarter shirts, the range can be mixed and matched to create effortless outfits on a daily basis. With their jeans starting from just £39.99, the line provides great value for those younger guys that want to look great on a budget.
The new accompanying lookbook focuses on the more casual, comfortable sporty look that many young men follow. Although not very appropriate for a night out on the town, it provides pieces that instead will make you look like the “man about town” on your College or University campus. There are definitely some on trend statement pieces in there – like the striking blue check short sleeve shirt and the washed grey denim – that will have people asking “where did you get those?”
The Jack & Jones Jeans Intelligence line really does have all you need this season for your casual wear requirements.
Key Concepts and items:
- Simple sportswear (hooded tops etc) teamed with jeans.
- Chunky Hi-top trainers: been kicking about for a while and still going strong!
- Check shirts: another mainstay trend that is not going anywhere. Try a short sleeve shirt to shake things up.
- Graphic print t-shirts.
- Key denim: jeans are back, with raw denim and rarer grey washes being the most individual.
