If bold and busy prints consume your wardrobe, this clothing collection will be right up your street. Scottish fashion designer Jonathan Saunders – best known for daring use of prints and traditional silk screening techniques – hasn’t let us down with his new vibrant fall/winter 2012 collection.
The collection consists predominantly of autumnal hues but also incorporates softer pastel shades in the form of pale blue and peach – helping to soften the often daring looks.
It’s clear to see from the images below that the main focal point of this collection comes from the use of colour and print; with items such as suits, blazers and trousers all benefiting from large mottled/flecked style weave patterns that your eyes can’t help but be drawn too. However, with colour and print taking centre stage, the cut, shape and tailoring should not be overlooked – all of which are superb. Slim pleat trousers, structured blazers, shirts and outerwear are amongst the items that are beautifully tailored and finished.
This collection combines loud prints with wearable tailored shapes and is ideal for those of you out there who are unafraid to make statement, whilst injecting a bit of personality into your outfits.
