Lee Icon 1930
When it comes to the perfect jean, many look for chic Italian styling or a Japanese twist – however, there is a brand that could not be more cemented in the area of denim. Lee is an American institution that has firmly shaped the way we view and wear denim today. With the aim to remain contemporary in style but traditional in construction, Lee has produced the Icon 1930 range.
By reinterpreting the original design of the 101B, Lee now presents a jean with a modern fit that still maintains traditional, authentic detailing. The slimmer leg gives the jean a mass appeal, whilst the original features will catch the eye of both denim enthusiasts and true style seekers. Some of these features include the classic orange thread, left placed back patch and 1930s donut buttons.
As well as a contemporary fit, the jean is also available in a range of colours – green, red and orange – and, when coupled with the contrast stitching, they appear extremely cool and current.
With its trademark quality construction, selvedge design and timeless approach to style, Lee has produced a jean for the modern man who doesn’t shy away from the opportunity to stand out.

Does anybody know where the light blue wash jean in the bottom picture can be purchased from? Nice article by the way.
I own for one month the Lee 101Z 23oz denim. Quite heavy to wear it in, but the fit and look is really really great. Never wash this beauty!
