Just yesterday we previewed to you the new spring/summer 2012 Club collection from Lyle & Scott, and now we want to introduce you to their latest venture; the Club Prestige range.

The Prestige range is again aimed at the fashion conscious golfers amongst you – although this time it is tailored to a slightly more mature and sophisticated audience. This quickly becomes apparent through choice of materials and finishes provided – with cashmere and silk merino blends giving the collection that luxurious feel the brand set out to achieve.

The range combines Lyle & Scott’s strong golfing heritage with modern elegance; focusing on refined streamlined garments, in order to create sleek and slim silhouettes. Similar to the Club collection, the branding has been sourced from the Lyle & Scott archive. This time it comes in the form of a leather embossed prestige shield, which dates back as far as the 1940s. This unique branding can be found on all items in the range, on either the arm or breast areas.

The collection features everything you would need in order to create a successful golfing wardrobe, including polo shirts, shirts, knitwear, trousers and accessories. The accessories collection is by far our favourite, with both traditional golf accessories such as bags, hats, gloves and socks juxtaposed against more obscure fashion items like trilbies and bow ties.
