Marni at H&M Look Book
It’s that time again folks. Swedish high-street giants H&M have now teamed up with Italian fashion label Marni to bring you their latest guest designer collaboration.
Marni are, to this day, still owned and run by the Castiglioni family. Their first foray into menswear began back in 2007, where they raised eyebrows by introducing leggings as standalone legwear for men. You’ll be glad to know that these haven’t made their way into this collection.
If you’ve suddenly started having visions (or nightmares) of neon leopard print and hot pink suits (with matching shoes and shirt), rest assured that this new partnership is world’s away from the most recent Versace range. Staying true to form, Marni stick to a palette centred round grey, beige and blue – but their use of colour, texture, print and cut create staples that are truly individual. With easily wearable pieces, on trend prints and colours and a campaign directed by the award-winning Sofia Coppola, the collection is destined to be a hit.
What we have here, gentlemen, is an opportunity for your bank account to lose some weight. Once again, H&M are providing us with high-end fashion at high-street prices. Don’t be surprised to see people queuing for hours to throw their money at store clerks and the line selling out in minutes.
If you want to get in on the action, set your alarm, make a strong coffee and try to avoid a black eye when the doors open. Just don’t forget your wallet.
The collection will be available from March 8th.
Looking good isn’t important, it’s everything.

I personally think the whole look book is horrific! Socks with sandals? Is that some kind of joke???
I agree, far too much ‘try hard’ fashion imo…
