Here at the FashionBeans office it’s fair to say that we have a few trainer addicts amongst the editorial team. So when we were informed about this new hi-top release from Nike, they became an instant hit with the guys due to their unique blending of styles and textures.
Only last year, footwear giants Nike introduced a new model to the market entitled the ‘Hachi’; this was a creation inspired by older models such as the ‘Sting’ and the ‘Match Classic’.
For 2012, Nike have re-worked the existing ‘Hachi’ style, incorporating additional detailing in order to give the trainer some added flair. The new release, entitled the ‘Hachi Textile’, takes inspiration from more contemporary styles – such as the popular ‘Zoom Toki’ trainer – managing to successfully blend all these different influences into a single design.
Constructed from a mix of suede, leather and nylon, the segmented sections of materials give this trainer a distinct edge. Other details include: a perforated swoosh outline to the sides, striking red plastic eyelets and padded heel, which all sit upon a thick white rubber sole.
Retailing at just £65 we suggest you head over to Crooked Tongues to get your hands on a pair before the guys in the office do!
