Drawing inspiration from the Navajo trend that was huge throughout 2011, Ralph Lauren aims to continue this popular print into 2012 with the release of his Patterned Wool Blend Coat.
This double breasted coat’s main eye catching feature is of course its red and grey Navajo pattern, which is featured not only on the upper section along the shawl collar and shoulder area, but also to the lower along the waist and spilling across on to the wrist. One clever feature that we think works particularly well is that the Navajo pattern has been incorporated onto the two flap front pockets – almost camouflaging them within the design.
Other details include: two slit front pockets, belted waist belt and six button fastening.
Being constructed from wool, this is the ideal outerwear garment to keep you warm in this currently unpredictable weather – all whilst providing you with a stylish statement coat. We can’t forget to mention that the double breasted fastening is still right on trend for 2012, and will give your frame that powerful silhouette you desire – especially when tightened at the waist with the integrated belt.
