Yves Saint Laurent have recently released a new addition to their ever-growing collection of fragrances for men. The team of the late designer, who was well known in the fashion industry for his trend-setting female clothes, present ‘La Nuit De L’Homme’ – certainly not to be confused with the “Frozen Cologne” version of the same name!

The fragrance boasts a fruity yet spicy scent, which fuses bergamot and pepper with a heart of lavender – a possibly brave move to make to use a flowery scent in a fragrance for men. The scent is rounded off with hints of vanilla and vetiver to create a distinct aroma that is suitable for use both day and night.

Although the daring scent is more than good enough to sell itself, the container it comes in clearly helps its appeal. ‘Simple’ is the key here; with patent black being the only colour used.
