Cheap Monday Launch E-Commerce Site

Swedish clothes company Cheap Monday is selling its entire range online for the first time since its launch in 2000. To complement the launch, the brand has also debuted its pre-spring 2014 collection. The look is rough, raw and ready, inspired by, “Elements of the urban landscape”. Classic patterns such as on trend checks and a bold leopard print appear in the collection. In true form, Cheap Monday has sprayed the designs onto items and allowed the graphic motifs to drip, run and become smeared. The process adds a welcome edgy and contemporary twist. The decision to release the pre-collection is one designed to fit in with the new era of the company as they enter the world of e-commerce. The new structure of pre- and in-season collections is tailor-made to fit with an online retail experience. Whilst a number of products have been widely offered through a number of other retailers, such as ASOS and Urban Outfitters, the brand is hoping the move will open up the online market and increase overall availability. The Cheap Monday spring 2014 pre-collection is available now from more than 2,000 retailers in 35 different countries or online at the Cheap Monday web store CheapMonday.com.
