Eliran Nargassi Autumn/Winter 2013
Tel-Aviv based designer Eliran Nargassi has called in MC2 model Barak Friedman and photographer Miguel Mor to showcase his AW13 line. The Shenkar College graduate’s minimalistic collection is boldly brought to life, with effortless shots and vivid colour. Nargassi established the menswear brand earlier this year with purpose of taking part in the revival of men’s fashion in Israel. Since its inception the brand has been featured in multiple publications worldwide. Working in an appealing palette of red, black, navy and white, the unique display boasts noteworthy cutting, wearable designs and an intelligent use of colour. Detailing comes in the form of on trend all-over print work, whilst more intricate patterns appear on slick shirts and lightweight tops. Key components include the black and print contrast shirt, as well as the red oversized crew t-shirt. However, the stand out piece has to be the all-over printed trousers, which have been combined with a striking pink fluoro shirt. With their muted, ornate patterning and statement appeal, they are set to be an instant hit with style-seekers. Keeping the autumn bright but minimal, this collection from Eliran Nargassi shows true promise along with a talented eye. The AW13 collection is available to buy, with some items made to order, online today.
