EOTO x KNOWN Worldwide Charity T-Shirt
This October sees the beginning of an exclusive alliance between two unlikely partners.
EOTO (Each One Teach One) is a trust founded by Ben Drew, aka Plan B, that provides training and support for young people from disadvantaged backgrounds, with the aim of improving their job prospects and overall livelihoods. Meanwhile, KNOWN Worldwide are a British-based independent label, specialising in the production of minimalistic men’s apparel, often using prophetic quotes to create an artistic impact.
The collaboration between these two organisations has led to the production a limited edition t-shirt, of which all sale profits will be put towards the charity’s courses in filming, acting, production and other trades.
Modelled by the founder of EOT0 himself – as well as actor Ed Skrein from Game of Thrones and Ill Manors – the t-shirt sports the name of the charity in a scrawled fashion, mimicking or perhaps even using a child’s writing. The tee is made from 100 per cent premium cotton and has been cut to a bespoke fit exclusive to this release.
Given the poor state of the current economic climate, on top of high youth unemployment rates, this t-shirt’s purpose to provide funding to educate the disadvantaged youth has never been more necessary. As Plan B says himself: “We are failing as a society to support the most disengaged on the journey from disenfranchised to empowerment. ‘Each One Teach One’ is building networks to take young people out of these negative environments and help them find places and activities where they can express themselves.”
Supporting such a great cause, the Each One Teach One tee offers a guilt-free purchase that will not only diversify your wardrobe but also contribute positively to a less fortunate person’s life.
