Mulberry x Mr. Porter Capsule Collection
Continuing efforts to conquer the world of luggage, Mulberry has released a capsule collection exclusively for online retailer MR PORTER. The collection includes updated versions of Mulberry men’s classics, including messenger bags and briefcases. The Clipper makes an appearance, alongside the iconic Elkington and Brynmore styles; the latter of which also had variations released as part of their Selfridges & Co collaboration back in August. Each piece has been given a redesign in an urbane and lightweight canvas material and is available in black, grey or a vivid powder blue. To celebrate the launch of the collection, Mulberry and MR PORTER held an exclusive VIP dinner in the Domino Room of Regent Street’s legendary Café Royal. Furthering the joint venture, MR PORTER Editor-In-Chief, Jeremy Langmead, and Mulberry Brand Director, Anne-Marie Verdin, sharing the hosting duties. With a guest list comprising of some of the best-dressed men in the country – including incumbent on-screen Romeo, actor Douglas Booth and Vanity Fair International ‘Best Dressed of 2013’ list members – it was a celebration of the collection and the stylish men both brands continue to attract.
