Fourth Collaboration Celebrates Iconic Style

Goat leather is at the centre of the latest collaboration from London trainer store Footpatrol, which has teamed up with Reebok to mark the 25 anniversary of the Pump OG trainer. The retailer has taken a literal approach to the GOAT acronym, meaning Greatest Of All Time, frequently used in basketball. The outside of the one-off design is made up of chalk suede with goat leather panels, which continue in to the trainer’s lining. The theme is finished off with a gold GOAT emblem bar placed on the laces and an inner sole printed with a goats eye collage. Original details from the nineties shoe, such as the basketball-shaped tongue logo and pump release valve on the heel and outsole, have been carried over. Footpatrol’s gas-mask logo completes the look, alongside Reebok’s branding on the tongue and heel cap. It marks the fourth collaboration between the two brands, which have previously worked together to produce new takes on Reebok’s Instapump Fury OG and Classic Leather Mid R12 models. The Reebok x Footpatrol Pump OG GOAT model is available to buy now from Footpatrol’s Berwick Street London store and online, priced at £185.
