H.E. by Mango Spring 2014
Spanish brand H.E. by Mango has launched its spring 2014 collection under the tagline ‘A Journey on the Road’. Released earlier this month, the line consists of key men’s wardrobe staples with a contemporary twist.
Coinciding with the brand’s new spring/summer 2014 lookbook, modelled by Mathias Lauridsen and Cedric Bihr, the range features a predominantly neutral colour palette offset with earthy orange tones.
Sun-faded knitwear and everyday washed shirts take centre stage and are often teamed with unstructured blazers and slim-fit chino’s in a bid to present a cool and relaxed aesthetic.
The retailer, which operates under a franchise business model, first introduced its men’s clothing line in October 2008. Aiming to capitalise on the success of its womenswear brand, Mango, the company has focused on reinterpreting timeless looks in an effort to target the modern, urban man.
The SS14 campaign emphasises the brand’s underlying ethos by using relaxed denim and chino fabrics to achieve a contemporary, natural feel.
The collection is available to buy online and in the company’s London flagship store now. Prices start at £12.99 for basic t-shirts and range up to £199.99 for outerwear.
