Hackett Welcomes Brands To Spitalfields Store
Homegrown dresser Hackett has introduced a new retail concept to its Spitalfields store. The ‘friends of’ initiative aims to bring together a range of different brands at the East London flagship, including more than ten clothing and tech firms.
Brooks England, Filson and Timex are among the hand-picked selection of names that Hackett have collaborated with for the rejuvenation of the location.
A spokesperson for the British brand stated that, since its opening in 2012, the flagship store has always been “envisioned as a reflection of its neighbourhood” as well as an “experimental testbed for new products and ranges.”
“The ‘Friends of Hackett’ have all been hand-picked to add a youthful, stylish and complementary shopping experience to the new Hackett/Cooper Bikes collaboration,” which FashionBeans recently covered.
In a bid to highlight and complement the casual and formal wear on offer, the unique store has added an array of boutique headphones, handlebars, watches, watch straps, bracelets and handmade wooden tech accessories.
The London menswear brand, which prides itself on producing products based on authentic British style, has already rolled out the friends of line. Images of what’s on offer can also be found by using the #friendsofhackett hashtag on twitter.
