Second round for the brands

Shoreditch-based interiors specialist House of Hackney has teamed up with Puma for a second time on a limited edition men’s trainer collection.

A wide variety of classic Puma silhouettes have received an east London makeover for autumn/winter 2014, incorporating House of Hackney’s signature ‘Hackney Empire’, ‘Dalston Rose’ and ‘Palmeral’ prints.

Puma’s Basket Classic, Trinomic Evo and Slipstream models are included in the line, coming in a mix of leather, velvet and jacquard fabrics. Each style is finished with contrasting laces and branding from both labels.

The brands’ latest offering is an expansion on their first collaboration for spring/summer 2014, which comprised of a singular printed Puma Basket trainer. The style makes a return this season, shown alongside on trend leopard and floral print designs within the accompanying lookbook imagery.

Not shy of a designer collaboration, Puma have already teamed up with the likes of McQ by Alexander McQueen and Parisian label Brooklyn We Go Hard this year.

House of Hackney has also released collaborative collections with ASOS and Underground since its inception in 2012.

The House of Hackney x Puma AW14 collection arrives online at houseofhackney.com from September 13th.

The Trinomic Evo and Slipstream styles are priced at ÂŁ150, with the Basket Classic Lo priced at ÂŁ165 and the Basket Classic Mid at ÂŁ180.
