Retailer Shows Off Exclusive Footwear

Self proclaimed king of trainers, JD Sports, has released its AW14 campaign of the same name. The sportswear retailer is keen to show off a variety of footwear sold across its 800 stores from the likes of Reebok, Adidas, Vans, Nike and Lacoste, as well as a selection of exclusive models. The British chain has revisited classic shoes such as the Adidas Zx750, Vans Winston, Puma Suede and Adidas Rayados as part of its latest offering, reworking them in updated colour ways.

New options of Nike‘s Air Force 1, Air Max 90 and Air Max 1 trainers also feature, each with “a fresh muted background with color pop accents”. Styles exclusive to the high street retailer include the Puma Basket in all-white (ÂŁ55), adidas Originals LA trainer in black and grey with blue branding (ÂŁ65), and Nike Air Max 1 in white with blue paneling (ÂŁ95). Founded in 1981, JD has opened stores worldwide, incorporating locations from the now defunct First Sport and AllSports.

Earlier in the year it launched its new menswear fascia, Open, while setting out a retail strategy for the high street. Pieces from the JD Sports King of Trainers campaign collection are available now from JD’s online store and stores nationwide.
