Footwear Revamped For Colder Months
American lifestyle brand Timberland has had its iconic 6-Inch boot reworked by British footwear retailer Offspring.
The model, which usually comes in the brand’s classic camel shade, now appears re-imagined in grey, silver and black nubuck leather, with the colour scheme continuing to the rubber sole, metal eyelets, tonal leather tag and coordinating stitching.
Titled ‘Storm’, the boot update has been designed specifically with the colder months in mind, utilising new practical features.
The double-quilted ankle cuff from the original design remains, while a reflective upper panel has been added for the first time, along with changeable reflective and tonal lace options and an anti-fatigue foot bed.
Sticking to the original 6-Inch boot silhouette, Offspring has made its mark by replacing Timberland’s signature tree logo with its own branding on the ankle of the right boot.
The self-named sneaker boutique follows of a long line of collaborators which have also revamped the 6-Inch boot, including American labels Stussy and Villa, and Japanese brands atmos and Beauty & Youth.
The Offspring x Timberland 6-Inch boot is available at Offspring stores and online now, priced at £180, with purchases including a flashlight inspired by the boot.
