Heritage Trainers Return For First AW14 Drop
US footwear brand Saucony turned to its own logo when looking for inspiration for its first premium trainers of the AW14 season.
The Shadow 6000 Running Man Pack, based on the nineties running style of the same name, features a synthetic mesh with premium suede overlays. Technical details include a CMEVA and PU midsole and a rubber outsole with a triangular lug design.
Four retro colour ways have been carried over from the original 1991 release – red, green, blue and mint – each with the signature logo on the tongue.
Saucony has benefited, alongside with several other brands, from the growing popularity of trainers in recent seasons. Founded in 1898, the business continues to reissue models from its history.
Earlier in the year bosses opened the business’s first UK pop-up shop in London to coincide with the London Marathon.
