Menswear Brand Compiles Key Outerwear
Topman has this week launched an AW14 outerwear campaign aimed at promoting the chain’s range of overcoats.
The ‘Just Can’t Do Without You. The Only Coat You’ll Need.’ images showcase 12 menswear styles including a belted trench, single-breasted mac and double-breasted drop shoulder model.
Each has been updated with a three-quarter length cut in camel, navy, burgundy, charcoal and black colour ways as well as checks including herringbone, houndstooth and Prince of Wales.
An accompanying video lookbook, shot in black and white, shows the pieces styled in a number of casual looks.
Topman creative director Gordon Richardson said: “It’s not very often in menswear that a single item becomes so desirable that it becomes almost impossible to live without. This winter it’s the wool overcoat. A big investment item but one that will see you through several winters such is its versatility and chic timelessness.”
The brand’s AW14 range of wool-blend overcoats featured in the campaign are available to buy now in stores and online. Prices start from £70 for a check overcoat to £100 for a fleck mac.
