Inspired by the clear blue hues of the summer skies and oceans, Philadelphia-based shoe store Ubiq has reworked Asics’ Gel Lyte model for the warmer months.

Constructed from a soft blend of premium suede and perforated nubuck, this shoe is affordable luxury at it’s best.

5. Adidas Consortium Superstar 80s Primeknit

The Superstar has seemingly come out of nowhere to become the must-own trainer silhouette for 2015 (surpassing its cousin the Stan Smith in the process), and for summer 2015 adidas Consortium has updated this classic model with Primeknit fabric technology.

While the essence of the shoe remains true to the 1980s original, the Primeknit material upper offers high breathability with additional moisture wicking capabilities and a significant reduction of the overall weight of the shoe.

Available from August 1 at Hanon and END Clothing, priced at £102.

This slim silhouette is an easy-to-wear, understated style for any casual occasion, with the gold branding adding a luxe finishing touch.
