Picking out a Father’s Day gift is stressful. Of course you could spring for another tie, box of golf balls or Argyle socks, you really could. But is that fair compensation for the man who taught you to shave, shake a hand and spent years ferrying you around gigs?

Scotch whisky brand Chivas Regal has done the sums and believes it has come up with the perfect reward: A 72-hour jolly on a private jet, tasting of some of the rarest whiskies in the world, dining at Balthazar London and downtown New York on the same day, plus a stay at New York’s exclusive NoMad hotel.

Dad won’t even have to do the ferrying this time either, because he and the five guests he’s allowed to bring will be chauffeur-driven in a Rolls Royce.

It’s the “money-can’t-buy experience” that you can actually buy (for £150,000!) However, it’s only available for one dad and is up for grabs on a first buy, first fly basis.

How are those socks looking now?

The ultimate Father’s Day gift from Chivas Regal and Balthazar is available from The Vantage Point Group.
