You can have your order delivered by Next Day delivery to any address in the UK – excluding Eire or the Channel Islands. Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail or by Secure Mail Services and will need to be signed for. Next Day service delivers on Saturdays.

Next Day delivery costs £5 for any order.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will arrive the next day.

You can have your order sent to any Ernest Jones store in the UK. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to stores in Eire or the Channel Island.

For security purposes, the person who placed the order must collect it from the store and must take along the payment card used to pay for the order, together with the order number. If you ordered a gift for someone else, they cannot collect the order. Your order must be collected from the store within 35 days.
