Kays, Great Universal and Empire Stores joined together to form K&Co in 2011. Combined the new partnership has over 100 years of home shopping experience to create a knowledgeable, exciting brand inspired by their target audience. Initially, the label listened to individual's perception of the high street's current offering and discovered that many found it difficult to seek fashionable clothing that is flattering and fits perfectly; a great basis to form a company that is dedicated to aid those on a quest to find fashion that flatters.

The result led to K&Co providing trend inspired collections that cover an extensive size range of 6-32 with additional tall, petite and plus size departments. Their goal is also achieved through their edit of established brand names such as French Connection, Ben Sherman, Ralph Lauren and So Fabulous. As a way to constantly improve their brand offering K&Co find new collections including Saviour Redefined - a fashion line that flatters body shapes and InReality - a focus group of customers that provide feedback and model designs.

K&Co provide an online catalogue that caters for the whole family with menswear, childrenswear, furniture and electrical departments. In addition, the retailer supplies a gaming & DVD section, a beauty boutique, a gift & jewellery department and a toy store to complete the overall shopping experience.
