    Summer Blazer

For quite a while I've been looking around the usual websites (Topman, ASOS, etc.) searching for a blazer I can wear this summer. However, I don't really want to fork out for something that'll be out of fashion by next year, and would preferably want something I could wear all year round. With a budget of around 80, I just wanted some general pointers/opinions on a few of the blazers I've seen and like.

    Blue & White Houndstooth Blazer

Camel Cotton Heritage Blazer - New In Clothing - New In - TOPMAN

Side note: I'm 19 and 36-38 inch chest. Feel free to suggest alternatives guys!

For summer blazers, I like unlined, unstructured garments. I recently picked up a navy linen blazer from Uniqlo, which was a good price for the garment imo...

I think on my frame (6"1 and skinny) something that length might make me look too skinny, which was why I liked the cut of the Topman blazer. I might go into the store to try it on though, thanks for the suggestion!

Sounds like we have the same build. I recently picked up this: ASOS | ASOS Slim Fit Suit Jacket in Indigo at ASOS

Quite short (which is what you want?), but lovely unlined, unstructured and casual cut. Great for throwing on with some tailored shorts and a tee.

I like the Topman blazer don't get me wrong, but it screams "autumn winter" to me personally.

@Nath how does that blazer fit? I was interested in the navy version but the sleeves look like they fit very loose/are wide especially at the shoulders? And I'm not sure whether the unstructured blazers could be worn in autumn, what do you think?

Awesome looking blazer, I got something a bit similar with that color but it has a pattern on it. Once I find a picture I will throw it up here, could use a bit of advice on what to wear with it.

I'll try and post some pictures of the jacket when Im wearing it mate, but it fits quite snug but not too tight. I'm 5 ft 7, 63kg with a 36/37 chest and initially got the normal fitting jacket. The normal fitting one is a 3 button jacket in a 3 roll 2 style. The slim version is a 2 button jacket which I prefer actually. I like my jackets in the classical styling (has to cover the backside!) so am not sure how it will compare to the Asos/Topman offerings...

Which blazer are you talking about? There are three up there!

Leaning towards ASOS as it stands...
