    Men's Bags Recommendations

Chapman Bags | Stone Canvas Net Hunter Messenger by Chapman Bags

I spotted Chapman bag on sale and wanted your guys opinion.
I really need messenger bag as my previous bag is already decomposing. I am worried a little bit how to incorporate it in look, and dimensions are a little to big. It would be used for caring University books and notepads.

If anyone has some suggestion in price range of 100 pounds i would appreciate it.

This could also be general thread for those interested in bags.

I've seen a few people on here mention how great Scaramanga bags are, definitely worth a peep Scaramanga , they have a nice variety of sizes. I've got my eye on one of the smaller ones they do.

I've got the 14" classic in dark brown from Home

It's a great bag and will only get better with age.

There was an article on this business in the Times' Business section a few months back, remarkable how big it's grown in relatively small space of time. It's also remarkable that nobody else has latched onto the same idea. I remember I used to have an identical leather satchel for school back in year 1 and 2.

I'm not a fan of the Cambridge Satchel Company. Everything just looks so new. Leather satchels are meant to be old and battered, which is why I prefer Scaramanga. Their satchels are far more authentic. I wouldn't be without mine.

I got a 13" Scaramanga bag for christmas and I love it! I had recently bought a Penfield messenger bag, which started falling apart after just a couple of months! The scaramanga one seems like it will be much better value.

I've just ordered 13 inch distressed Scaramanga satchel, should be perfect for my Ipad, Iphone, scarf and gloves etc.

I definitely prefer the satchels to the messenger bags. They really look authentic: exactly like school satchels used to be back in the day. I have a 15" one and it fits my macbook in and assorted other items perfectly and it works both casually for mooching around town or in a work situation.
