I saw a review about the new Nixon Trader watch. I like it but, is oversize watch still trendy ?

    Thx

Of course it is, it's very classic model and Nixon watches have an excellent quality. I have mine for a few years and it's still working.

Oversized watches are still trendy, but I wouldn't spend too much money on an oversized watch because they are bound to go out of style pretty soon, and then you won't wear it anymore.

I've actually started to look at the womens range of watches nowadays, as they're the only ones in a size that won't look ridiculuous in four years time.

You probably right. I think I'll look for a smaller watch.
    Thanks

personally i wouldnt get anything bigger than 44mm face diameter even then it would look pretty large - a lot depends on your size if you are big then you could probably get away with a bigger watch.

I'm not keen on big watches. My Mondaine Giant is 42mm, which I personally think is big enough.

Anything more than that and it can begin to look bad.

Not that I really care who's wrong or right here, but looking at what the stores stock and display, it's mostly still oversized.

But then, I'd be happy to see it go away, as I think it looks ridiculous.

Based on your comment, I think it's a question of preference. But I think the new trend is definitely not Oversized watches.

Yep, they are headed the way of bootcut jeans and pointy shoes.
