Job Interview: Need help on Tie Choice

To keep things brief: I walked out of last job, need new job, got interview, need a conservative but stylish outfit choice.

So I'm opting for a dark navy suit by Calvin Klein, as opposed to my light grey one by Reiss. I'm also wearing a light blue dress shirt by Reiss. The only white dress shirt I have has collar eyelets, and I think a collar bar might be a bit too showy. (The business in question is hospitality).

I'm looking at a few ties on TM Lewin and Moss. Here are a few ideas, although I'm open to other suggestions.

    1. Block burgundy, classic but a bit predictable.

    2. Block navy, but isn't that too much blue then?

    3. Polka dots. A bit eccentric, and I own so many polka dot accessories already.

Burgundy White Slim Silk Tie | T.M.Lewin

    4. Brown

    5. Striped

A bit prep school for my tastes, but is very conservative and professional.

    Thoughts?

Personally, I would go for the Burgundy one (first option). Burgundy goes so well with navy but I think it would work better with a white shirt. If you look at Thom Sweeney's website, they nearly always style their navy suits with burgundy ties.

    Here's the shirt in question.

I actually think the classic 'presidential' combo of white shirt, red tie and navy suit is a bit cliche, and maybe a bit too wall street.

I'm actually really leaning towards the idea of a brown tie, and then burgundy accessories (pocket square, socks etc.)

Bit willy wonka/cat in the hat for my tastes mate. I'm definately leaning towards a block colour.
