How do you wear a shirt with 2 cuffs?

I just bought a shirt that has 2 cuffs on each sleeve. The top one matches the design of the sleeve while the lower is a diff design. The top one covers all but a 1/4 inch of the lower one unless you fold the top one back thus revealing all of the lower one.

What is this style of cuff called and how do you wear it?

    Here are some images:

I'd button it as you have in the top image, mainly, or leave one button of the top cuff undone for a marginally more relaxed look.

It seems the sort of thing that is best left fairly unobtrusive - just noticeable it is an interesting detail, made a feature of and it looks a bit try hard, to me.

do you have buttons on the middle of the sleeve?
maybe you can button it to the middle of the sleeve and then roll it up.

or maybe it's a combination of standard and french cuff?

Try to look for photos of this shirt on their website\catalog.

I have never seen that kind of shirt! The top one looks really nice. Don't show the bottom sleeves effortfully.
