Autumn essentials - what to bring to the army?

    Hey fellas!

I've been in the Norwegian army since early August, and I've finally got a week off duty. I have started packing for the trip up north again, but Im not sure what to bring. The problem is of course space. All civil clothing has to be stored in a case under my bed. I need clothes for normal day offs, as well as for hitting the local pub, and everyday wear.

Small space, cold weather, manny occasions..
What should I bring to survive?

    Thanks
    -Torjus

    OK

Large, warm coat (presume you could wear your army one?)
Denim jacket (can be layered over jumpers / under coat and will always look cool)
A navy cable knit crew neck lambswool jumper
    Couple of oxford shirts
Couple of plain white / grey / burgundy t-shirts
Black or indigo skinny jeans (add a bit of cool to any look imo)
Some black or tan worker / brogue boots
Gloves, scarf & hat (why not go for a colour pop with these, say all in orange or red? Would add a bit of a twist to your looks)

That should see you through pretty much any occasion. Could swap the denim jacket for a blazer or a leather if that's more your thing.

Perhaps not suitable for the weather, but if you are indoors .... some nice smart trainers? Comfortable if nothing else.
