Have you had a look on the high street? As others have pointed out, overcoats are often in the sales at this time.

Looking at M&S (who are often pretty decent for this kind of thing with reasonable style and quality) are offering some for just over 100:

Double breasted coat a bit like an extended peacoat for 108 - http://www.marksandspencer.com/Autog..._rd_s=center-3

Princes of Wales/Glen Check double breasted overcoat for just under 120 - http://www.marksandspencer.com/Autog..._rd_s=center-3

First one not too bad but dont like the pattern on the second.
Worst case I will just get the Asos one.

Honestly. I would just eBay an overcoat right now. Most people look to get rid of them at this time of year.
I have picked up a couple decent overcoats originally 250+ easy for under 100.
It can be a little risky as returns are not always accepted, but I have had many compliments from the ones I do get.
One quick Dry clean and the coat is fresh.

I wouldnt get an overcoat now personally. i would get a good trench coat.
In fact, Uniqlo are selling trench coats, single and double breasted for exactly 100, and it will last you throughout spring too.
Might need to man up a bit in the winter though :P

Thanks James, not really a fan of trench coats. I know with suits I dont have much choice. So might just use my current coat and just not wear suit jacket when im out worst case.

Andy thats really nice but sadly only size they got left is large.
