    Quick sizing question...

I've got my eye on a McQueen jacket that is available in size IT44... Does anyone know for sure what that equates to?

    Finding conflicting info online.

    Cheers x

If it's sized how Italian brands do it that's a 34" chest

That's what I thought, but the seller has given me dimensions of:

pit to pit is 23", shoulder to shoulder is 20", top of collar to bottom of hem is 28", top of arm to bottom 26", and the underarm to bottom is 19"

    That's quite big isn't it?

Not sure on the measurements but I pretty much only buy Italian brands for tailoring, shirts or knitwear and am a 52 or British L/16 collar/42" chest. Anything like Slowear, Aspesi, Boglioli is a little smaller like APC sizing. Some brands fit big but use the Italian system like Our Legacy, which I need a 50 in. If you're a British S/M which IIRC you are it's unlikely you'd get into anything less than a 48. Maybe 46 if the sizing is really big. The tall skinny guys Mr Porter use to model their clothes are usually a 48/50 IIRC which should be a good guide for you. They're usually a British M but smaller side of.
