Can you still buy the 'Rimington fuzz-away'?
Google it, kids...

Well after traipsing around the West End for most of Saturday, I found my perfect jean, Nudie Grim Tim.
The fit is spot on, the denim feels fantastic, and the staff in the shop actually know what they're talking about.
I tried all the jeans retailers in Carnaby Street, including the denim specialists (Levis, Replay, Diesel, Pepe), plus Boss, and whatever else is down there.. utter shite, the lot of 'em. The staff are just retail staff, know nowt about the product.
The staff in Nudie though, whole 'nother game, know their stuff, giving good advice, etc. Welldy impressed.
For my outerwear I opted for an Allsaints cardy, dark grey, knitted, zip-up, pockets, it's absolutely lovely.
Allsaints is deffo my new face shop. For tops anyway. The quality looks/feels great, for the pricing.
I got another Sandringham polo while I was in there too, they're rad.
A successful shopping trip, all in all!

Heard good things about the Nudie store. Though wasn't sure if it was a case of finding the enthusiast amongst the bored part-timer like most stores.
Went to purchase my annual sandringham the other dayin my usual size but didn't fit well on me. Not sure if its me but the body seems way too long and the arms were far too short.
Revolutionary... Unless the fuzz was too thick or the blade stuttered and you ended up with massive nicks all over the garment. A bic razor does the trick but takes double the time

There's only 2 or 3 of them in there. Small shop, personal service. The young lad there is good, knows his onions, helpful. And Hanna is the boss, she does the repairs/take-ups, etc, so she must know her stuff. Not sure about the other girl, but get Tom or Hanna and you're golden.

On Saturday got an ice (white) one, tried on the small and it fits much better! same snug arms, but noticeably shorter (i.e. not way too long, like the Med), and still fitted good everywhere else.

Cheers. Could be a case of finding the right colour/size combo. The black and ink ones from previous years fit perfick but wanted another one in a diff colour. Didn't want to size down too much as they're a nice alternative to a smart polo that don't have the "muscle fit" of superdry or abercrombie..
