Some pairs of battered raws do look awesome

    BUT

    1) I can just buy jeans that are already how I like them

    2) If you like skinny fit, you need to have stretch

The stretching is a big deal and when I see other people's which are still skinny after a year, my only guess is that they had to walk around with ALL buttons undone for at least a couple of months.

I like fading though. I'm a short arse so it's nice to have whiskers and honeycombs that actually match my height rather than the pre bought ones.

Oh shizzle i just realised we talking bout Dry denim and not specifically raw. As in you can get Dry with considerable elastane so the permanent deformation is less likely.

I think elastane was Gods' greatest invention, seconded only by lacey push-up bras.

Has anyone ever heard of this brand of jeans/denim?

And particularly this kind of Tech Jean that they do...

The idea never appealed to me. I can buy jeans in the washes I like and Diesel do inbetween sizes, so I can find a 31' waist with elastane that fits perfectly when I'm usually a 32'.

I rarely wash my jeans as is (washes out the colour of darker jeans and messes with the shape), but air them regularly. This doesn't apply to any of my other clothes but denim is different, obviously.

I read an article yesterday that Chuck Norris once released a jeans line with an extra gusset, allowing them to be regularly cut and let you roundhouse people in the face. You just don't see that kind of innovation today.
