    Tucking In?

Just wondering what people's opinion was on tucking in their shirts into jeans/chinos even though it is perfectly fine to wear it untucked (i.e. it isn't a really long shirt and makes it look like you've borrowed it off your dad).

not tucking is fine by me, but not with a blazer.

edit. I actually prefer untucked when there's no blazer.

I like tucking in my shirts mainly because I'm relatively slim and so having it tucked sorta emphasizes my slimness in a way, I don't really know if this is true, but it looks like it to me anyway

I would never tuck a shirt into jeans, blazer or not. Dunno about chinos as I don't own any.

It really depends on what look you're going for, and what the shirt is like. For example, I find tucked flannel shirts a little off putting. And you don't want to look like Alan in Two and a half men.

I usually wear mine tucked, unless they're short sleeved.

Depends on the shirt and the shirt length, although if I'm out on the night I'll always tuck my shirt in.
