I'm 33, so nearly the right demographic. I don't post looks very often, but will probably do so more in the future.

I welcome it! Lord knows there's been countless times in the past (and no doubt more in the future) where I've thought something looked good only to be told that it really doesn't! Stops me making the same mistake twice I guess. Well, hopefully!

Thanks. The jeans are from Jacob Cohn. It's an Italian brand, quite expensive, but the quality is great.

I'm off work for a four week summer holiday, and I'm going out for some museum hopping. What do you guys think of this combo? I'm not sure about the light grey jeans light blue blazer combo.

    TM Lewin shirt
    Riley blazer
Levi's 511s with navy woven belt (don't remember the brand)
Navy Fred Perry plimsolls (not actually worn on picture)

I like looks without too much contrast between top and bottom, but I know some people on here aren't keen.

I think I remember tonal dressing being touted as a trend and I think this outfit falls under that umbrella. The red of the shirt pops nicely against the blues and greys. I think the shirt would be too much with that blazer and darker bottoms.

Everything fits well. Can't really see the shoes obviously.

So my brother got married this weekend, and I thought I'd crack out a formal photo for then!

Also these are shoes I went for, brand new all the way from the U.S. I Love Stacy Adams:

I really like the blazer. I think that there's enough contrast between the top and bottom. Good oufit!
