Deep V-Neck T-shirts
Low Scoop Neck T-Shirts
Drop Crotch Jeans
Jeans so tight they look like Leggings (we WILL look back and cringe)
Badly Fitting Suits (which affects a significant % of the suit-wearing population)
Clothing with Big Logo’s
Overly Distressed or Ripped Jeans
Animal Print T-Shirts or Knitwear
All I hear with a lot of these lists is
- Anything fun / interesting
- Anything different to what I wear
Cool forum bros
Only things I don't like are:
- Ill fitting clothes
- Cheap materials
- Too much colour
I don't think it's good to limit yourself or others.
If we combine all the lists here, we've pretty much got everything covered with hate. No one can wear anything without setting off a shit storm of either being boring, try-hard or ridiculous.
I guess I'll throw hats into the mix, for my list. I'm not a fan of constantly wearing hats/beanies, particularly indoors. We get it, you're bald! Not that big a deal tbh.
boot-cut jeans - either too long and frayed, or too short and flapping in the wind.
humerous t-shirts like you find in the back of 'lad' mags and Vis
any clothing that has codes or writing on them - like random military insignias, H7-25678, etc.
other than that - go for it....
Looks like the most hated item is the scoop neck tee but these guys rock it. Trying to imagine how much of a non-outfit they'd be with a standard crew neck..
Ps: Vanessa, I love you.
Another thing I really don't like are 'novelty' mens underwear, like the ones you see in Topman with lipstick kisses all over, or worse the 'POW BAM BOOM' style cartoon 'fun' writing you'd see in a comic book. Not that I ever should care what underwear a man wears, but it's almost as if someone wearing them can't take themselves, or sex / their willy seriously. Assuming a girl will actually see them of course. I can't imagine the embarrassment of a girl seeing me wearing something like this.
