I know I agree. Their old sales used to be great; they used to have a plethora of looks in their lookbooks, with videos; the archive section used to be full to the brim. Quite sad really. The quality of their clothes is going downhill as well, whereas the prices are going higher and higher. I don't know what they're doing! They need to take a leaf out of Reiss' book: great lookbooks (nearly every item is modelled on a model as well), features which keep coming in to suit the changing season, and a fashion forward website.
