Holland Esquire Blazer Arrived, Opinions On Fit?

My blue linen blazer from TK Maxx arrived today. As Pins predicted, pleasantly surprised by some of the features: gorgeous lining, light blue felt under collar.

Wondered what you guys thought on the fit? I'm happy with the length of the jacket, but I do think it could be tweaked in a bit. Most of all I'm concerned about the sleeve length. Their a bit shorter than I'm used to, but then again I'm pretty sure most of mine are too long. It just about reaches my wristbone and shows about half an inch of shirt sleeve, is that correct?

I like the sleeve length, looks great with the shirt underneath. The only problem with blazers which show a good amount of shirt sleeve is that when you're wearing them with t-shirts/short sleeve shirts they might look a bit funny. I think it fits great though, considering picking one up myself!

Thankyou! I just pulled the tape measure out and I'm pretty sure it's less than half an inch shorter than my other jackets. Must be psychological I suppose

I would definately recomend them! The photo doesn't do the blazer justice, the inside is lovely and you can feel the quality.

I think the fit is awesome. I take back my earlier reserves.

Wow, fit looks great. I like mine tight so I'd have it taken in a little but I'm not sure most people would. I think the sleeves are spot on.

    Nice buy

I'm with Ross. It looks too boxy and could do with being nipped in at the waist.

Thanks for all the positive responses guys!

Can't really afford tailoring atm so for a while it might have to stay as it is. Will be perfect for going on holiday in a couple of weeks, paired with white trousers etc.

Might get a wincy bit out of the waist as a birthday present to myself in August.

    Looks good!

Does it have the lining in the breast pocket which can be pulled out to make a little pocket puff? If it does, that's a nice touch. They usually have it.
