How Should A Casual Mens Blazer Fit?
We have all read many articles on how a suit jacket should fit.
But what about a more casual blazer, or sports coat? Of course, the shoulder pads should be hugging your shoulder but surely it shouldn't be as fitted as a suit for formal wear.
Are the sleeve lengths etc more flexible when wearing a more casual blazer?

There's absolutely no difference between the fit of a blazer (casual or otherwise) or suit jacket.

I agree with Jay - what you've read about the fit of a suit jacket doesn't outline what's appropriate or smart, it's about what's flattering. Getting a blazer in the same fit will do your look favours.
Or course there are different fits available - you know, from skinny Topman stuff to roomier Allsaints tailoring - in both suit jackets and blazers, but a slimmer fit is simply the general recommendation for a solid look. You can play with skinnier and boxier fits all you like - those are just the general guidelines.
