    Leather Jackets- Black Or Brown?

What is your personal preference on leather jacket color? If you could only wear one color, which would you wear and why?

Black for me. It's more classic; pair it with some slim indigo jeans, desert boots, and a simple white T-shirt (and maybe throw in some aviators or wayfarers), and you've got a look that will never fail to impress.

    You need both tbh

Of the two, black can be a bit more tryhard and requires more consideration.

Brown on the other hand can look a little dad-ish if not done right

Personally I'd go for brown, but that's just because my wardrobe has lots of brown and very little black, and I don't like mixing the two.

I basically agree with Pins, black is better for a more casual rocker/biker type look but if you haven't got the other pieces and attitude to pull it off it can look a bit rubbish. Brown fits better into slightly more smart-casual or preppy looks, but if you don't nail the fit (both of the jacket and the accompanying clothes) then there's a risk of looking like a Top Gear presenter.

I'd go black; although I'm still searching for my first leather jacket, I want it to be perfect.
